The region’s governor stated that the attack caused fires at fuel and energy facilities in the southern part of the city, and at warehouses in the Dzerzhinsky district.

Eyewitness footage shows that one of the facilities in Volgograd that caught fire after the attack was the Wildberries logistics complex.

Additionally, preliminary reports indicate that drones attacked the Volgograd Refinery (Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka). Residents have reported this, and since the refinery is located in southern Volgograd, this aligns with the governor’s reports of fires in the southern part of the city.

According to the BBC, Wildberries confirmed a fire at its logistics center in Volgograd following a drone attack.

“A fire broke out at the company’s logistics facility in Volgograd as a result of the attack. Firefighters are on the scene,” stated Wildberries’ press service.

According to the media outlet’s tally, this is the 11th attack on Wildberries’ logistics terminals since July 18. Among the explanations for the strikes on logistics centers is the claim that military goods can be purchased on the marketplace.

In addition, according to ASTRA’s OSINT analysis, the Wildberries logistics center in Zelenodolsk, Republic of Tatarstan, was attacked.

Residents of Kazan and its suburbs reported explosions; available footage shows smoke rising above the buildings of the Wildberries logistics complex following the attack.
