MANILA, Philippines – Lawyers from the Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG) and the wife of political prisoner Vicente Ladlad on Friday asked the Supreme Court to order the immediate release of the 77-year-old activist, invoking the same humanitarian grounds granted to other high-profile political figures.
