SUBIC BAY FREEPORT — The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) said shipments from the United States (US) that are already in transit and determined to be non-hazardous would be accepted for now, while a decision on future shipments in relation to the Basel Convention will be made by Aug. 3.
