According to Ukrinform, Oleksii Bratushchak, head of the Communications Department of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment Skelia, reported this to Suspilne.

“We understand why this happened. The General Staff has launched an audit of military unit staffing and the equity of personnel distribution across the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We welcome this initiative and are ready, for our part, to provide comprehensive assistance and respond to the challenges facing the military at this stage,” the regiment stated.

The regiment noted that Skelia is a participant in the drone-assault unit program. As of the end of July, the unit ranks among the top 20 in the Defense Forces for the number of targets struck by unmanned systems.

The unit noted that it is systematically implementing innovations and technologies in assault operations. According to representatives of the regiment, this enables the deployment of fewer personnel and reduces risks to service members.

Further development of Skelia is linked to expanding capabilities for deep reconnaissance and striking Russian troops in the rear.
