Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the move on X, Ukrinform reports.

"Today, the Polish Foreign Ministry summoned the Russian ambassador in connection with the missile that hit Polish territory yesterday," Tusk wrote.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, the Polish Prosecutor's Office said a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile, manufactured in the Moscow region in the second quarter of 2026, crashed in Poland's Lublin Voivodeship.

According to the Polish Prime Minister, Warsaw will soon consider supplying Ukraine with additional missiles for its Patriot air defense systems.
