MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Ombudsman on Friday said the testimonies of the ex-bodyguards of former Ako Bicol Rep. Zaldy Co against former House Speaker Martin Romualdez are backed up by “independent supporting evidence” obtained by its investigators gathering evidence of their plunder case.
