Koretskyi said this in a post on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

“We discussed continuation of reforms, the annual preparation of the RDNA report to assess damage from Russian aggression, and implementation of programs to modernize the energy sector and support Ukraine’s economic development,” Koretskyi said.

He thanked the World Bank team for its support of Ukraine, highlighting in particular the SPUR 2 initiative, which enables private capital to be mobilized for reconstruction. The prime minister also invited Bjerde to visit Kyiv.

Ukraine is preparing for the annual meetings of the IMF and World Bank Group, scheduled for October.

As reported, Ukraine and the World Bank have advanced to the next stage of drafting an updated Energy Strategy. A comprehensive analysis of the country’s energy balance, generation and consumption structure, and sector recovery challenges has already been completed.

The next step is preparation of a Concept Paper to serve as the foundation of the Energy Strategy. It will outline a comprehensive vision for Ukraine’s energy sector in the near future and the path toward achieving those goals.
