MANILA, Philippines — Deputy Minority Leader and ACT Teachers party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio on Saturday said that the proposed Pax Silica project in New Clark City in Tarlac is a “voracious” and “unnecessary project” that could entirely consume the country’s energy supply.
