According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces said this in a post on Facebook.

The monthly breakdown of Russian personnel losses in 2026 is as follows: January – 31,710; February – 26,090; March – 31,960; April – 32,980; May – 33,760; June – 39,290; and July – 42,860, the highest figure of 2026.

In total, Russian forces lost 238,650 personnel during the first seven months of 2026.

Russia's total combat personnel losses since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, from February 24, 2022, to August 1, 2026, stand at approximately 1,447,620.
