When an email with the subject 'The New Tool for Kate-Worthy Blow Dries and Effortless Curls' landed in my inbox, it immediately piqued my interest.
After all, mentioning anything inspired by the Princess of Wales is a surefire way to grab my attention - whether it's a dress, a handbag, a pair of shoes or, in this case, her famously glossy hair.
Kate's signature bouncy blow-dry and soft, effortless curls have long been the envy of royal style watchers, so anything that promises to recreate them is bound to spark curiosity.
Naturally, I had to put the T3 Aire 360 Ceramic Air Styler to the test.
The tool claims to deliver Kate-inspired volume and loose, polished waves, all while styling with air to minimise heat damage.

Our verdict
The T3 Aire 360 is an impressive multi-styler that combines sleek design with intuitive styling. If you're already familiar with the Dyson Airwrap, the button layout and overall design will feel instantly recognisable, making it easy to pick up and use.
From my very first attempt, it delivered soft, bouncy volume that did remind me of the Princess of Wales' signature blow-dry.
Like any styling tool, there's a slight learning curve when it comes to mastering the airflow and perfecting your technique, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I achieved good results.
The styler comes with four attachments – two curling barrels, an oval brush and a drying concentrator – all neatly stored in a stylish vegan leather tote.
While I'd have liked the curls to last a little longer in my hair, the smooth, shiny finish and noticeable volume more than made up for it. Combined with its lightweight design and promise of zero heat damage, it's a luxury styling tool that's enjoyable to use.

Performance
The T3 Aire 360 is billed as the world's first ceramic air styler, the result of three years of research and development. According to the brand, it was created after listening to customer frustrations with existing air stylers, such as bulky attachments and underwhelming results.
Suitable for all hair types and textures, it offers three heat settings, three speed settings and a cool shot button, giving you plenty of control over your styling routine while helping to minimise heat damage.
It took me a couple of attempts to get used to swapping the attachments, making sure they were facing the correct direction and securely locked into place. Once I'd got the hang of it, changing between them became much more straightforward.
I started by using the SoftAire® drying concentrator to rough dry my roots before switching to one of the curling barrels for the lengths. The process is refreshingly simple – you just bring a section of hair towards the barrel and the airflow wraps it around automatically. There are separate barrels for the left and right sides of your head.
The ceramic-coated barrels grip the hair well and help smooth the cuticle while boosting shine. My hair felt noticeably softer after styling and had a glossy finish with plenty of movement. Although the curls relaxed faster than I'd hoped, they left behind a bouncy blow-dry effect rather than dropping completely flat.
One of the biggest selling points is the promise of zero heat damage, making it an appealing option for anyone trying to maintain healthier hair without sacrificing results.
The only downside I found is that the attachments can become very hot during use. There is a warning on the tool itself, but it's worth taking extra care when swapping them over.
It's also worth noting that the Aire 360 includes fewer attachments than similarly priced rivals, such as the Shark FlexStyle, so it offers slightly less versatility out of the box.

The Aire 360 certainly looks and feels like a premium product. I particularly loved the soft pink colourway, which gives the tool a feminine feel, while the matching attachments create a cohesive finish.

Whether the T3 Aire 360 is worth the investment ultimately depends on your styling habits and budget.
If you regularly pay for salon blow-dries, this could quickly pay for itself by helping you recreate a professional-looking finish at home. Likewise, if you're looking to move away from traditional hot tools because you're concerned about heat damage, the Aire 360's gentler approach could prove worthwhile in the long run.
That said, £249.99 is still a significant investment. If you're already happy with your current styling routine, it's probably more of a luxury than a necessity. Similarly, if you don't think you'll make use of all four attachments, you may get better value by opting for one of T3's standalone styling tools, such as its hair dryer or dryer brush.
