TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL, Philippines — Hundreds of devotees gathered at the St. Joseph the Worker Cathedral Shrine on Sunday, Aug. 2, to celebrate the Feast of God the Father of All Mankind, a religious observance marked by prayers, thanksgiving, and testimonies of faith.
