SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in Zambales on Monday suspended sea travel as rough sea conditions brought by Tropical Depression Luis and the southwest monsoon affected the province. In an advisory, Euphraim Jayson Diciano, head of PCG in this province, said the operation of all vessels and motorboats that weigh 35 gross tons (GT) and below has been suspended, except for those seeking shelter.
