MANILA, Philippines — Heavy rainfall is expected over several areas in Luzon due to Tropical Depression Luis, according to the state weather bureau on Monday. In its 11 a.m. heavy rainfall outlook, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned that accumulated rainfall in Pangasinan may exceed 200 millimeters from Monday to Tuesday, prompting possible severe flooding and landslides in the province.
