SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Access has been restored at the river crossing (spillway) and the landslide-affected road in Barangay Dianed (Japalan), Dipaculao, Aurora, allowing all types of vehicles to pass, local disaster officials said on Monday. The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Dipaculao said the spillway, which had earlier been rendered impassable to light vehicles due to rising water levels, is now clear for travelers.
