"Iran is in a lot of trouble," US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said, in remarks given at the Asean meeting in the Philippines.

Rubio stated that Iran is facing "hyperinflation, runaway inflation, high food costs" and that its military "suffered a tremendous amount of damage".
