On the morning of July 22, Russian forces carried out an airstrike on a gas station in the Shostka community in Sumy region.

According to Ukrinform, Shostka Mayor Mykola Noha reported this on Facebook.

“This morning, the Russian aggressor carried out an airstrike on a gas station in the Shostka territorial community,” Noha said.

Emergency rescue operations were conducted at the scene.

According to the mayor, no reports of injuries have been received from the public. The extent of the damage and losses is being assessed.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops carried out more than 40 strikes on 21 settlements in 14 territorial communities of Sumy region over the course of 24 hours, from the morning of July 21 to the morning of July 22. Two people were injured.
