KORONADAL CITY — A broken flashlight with protruding wires left at a passenger bus caused fears Monday morning at a public terminal in nearby General Santos City. Responding Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) experts, however, found out it was not an improvised explosive device. As part of standard safety procedures, police cordoned off the area around the bus and evacuated nearby passengers and terminal workers while the EOD team conducted a thorough inspection.
