Seven PH firms make Forbes Asia’s ‘Best Under A Billion’ list

MANILA, Philippines — Seven Philippine-listed companies have made it to Forbes Asia’s 2026 Best Under A Billion list, which recognizes 200 high-performing small and midsized publicly listed companies across the Asia-Pacific region with annual sales of less than $1 billion.

The Philippine contingent comprised A. Soriano Corp. (sales of $256 million), Apex Mining ($357 million), Asia United Bank ($505 million), Far Eastern University ($100 million), Pryce Corp. ($370 million), STI Education Systems Holdings ($97 million) and Vivant Corp. ($177 million).

According to Forbes Asia, companies on this year’s list stood out for delivering consistent revenue and earnings growth despite geopolitical tensions and volatile energy markets.

To qualify, firms must have annual sales of more than $10 million but below $1 billion and demonstrate strong financial performance over the long term.
