MANILA, Philippines -– Former Commission on Audit–Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) auditor Roderick Wamil tells impeachment court on Tuesday, Aug. 4, that he attended a meeting at COA in the second week of September 2023 regarding the liquidation and audit of the Department of Education’s confidential funds.
