CITY OF MALOLOS—The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) announced it will conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for a Bulacan flood mitigation infrastructure master plan by 2027 to be implemented in 2028, following recent scandals involving ghost projects in the province. Lawyer Darius Francis Paduada, legal officer of Bulacan First District Engineering Office, outlined the plans at a public hearing called by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Public Works Committee last week.
