Mantlewood Town Center by Oakridge officially opened its first phase on July 30, 2026, introducing a new mixed-use town center along S.B. Cabahug Street, Mandaue City, Cebu, that brings together retail, dining, healthcare, lifestyle, and business in one walkable destination.

The first phase is already anchored by Robinsons Supermarket and Clinica Prime, with more establishments set to open soon, including the much-anticipated return of Wendy’s to Cebu, alongside Conti’s, Bigby’s, Mimoy’s Grill, Yamichan, 10 Dove Street, and Blithe Books.
Developed by Oakridge Realty Development Corporation (ORDC), the real estate arm of the LH Paragon Group, the project marks another milestone in Metro Cebu’s northern growth corridor, designed to make everyday essentials and experiences more accessible while supporting the area’s continued urban expansion.
Unlike traditional commercial developments that focus solely on retail, Mantlewood Town Center is built around the idea that communities thrive when daily conveniences are brought closer to where people live and work.

During the opening ceremony, Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo “Jonkie” Ouano described the project as a strong vote of confidence in the city’s future, noting that every investment signals trust in Mandaue’s people, economy, and long-term potential.
He also underscored the significance of the Agri-Eco Park partnership, saying it demonstrates what can be achieved when the public and private sectors work together. Developed at no cost to the city government, the future park is expected to provide families with another green public space while advancing sustainability and creating additional value for the community.
The mayor added that Mandaue remains committed to creating a business-friendly environment by improving government efficiency, reducing red tape, and encouraging responsible investments that generate jobs and strengthen the local economy.
As Metro Cebu continues to expand northward, developments such as Mantlewood Town Center reflect how mixed-use communities are evolving its places to shop.
