CALASIAO, Pangasinan — Government work and in-person classes in nearby La Union remain suspended on Wednesday, Aug. 5, as the province continues to be under an Orange rainfall warning. The warning was issued by the Department of Science and Technology–Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) due to the effects of a low-pressure area and the southwest monsoon (habagat).
