The State government on Tuesday (August 4, 2026) appointed Anjana M., director of Tourism, as special secretary of the Disaster Management department.

According to an order issued by the General Administration department, Ms. Anjana will hold the full additional charge of special secretary, Disaster Management department, in addition to the existing charges.
