Donald Trump Jr. paid his ex-fiancée, Kimberly Guilfoyle, $7.6 million for her share of their six-bedroom, 11-bathroom home in Jupiter, Florida, according to a deed record filed in Palm Beach County Monday.

The warranty deed for the former couple’s home, which they purchased together in 2021 for $9.7 million, was transferred into Trump Jr.’s name on July 25th. It comes more than a year and a half after Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle called off their engagement.

The Palm Beach Post was the first to report news of the deed transfer.

The 16,477 square-foot waterfront home sits on 1.18 acres of property in Admirals Cove, an exclusive neighborhood within a private golf course. It comes with an in-ground pool, a boat lift, a four-car garage, a spa and an elevator – among other luxuries.

In 2025, Palm Beach County estimated the home’s market value was $13.6 million.

Trump Jr., 48, and Guilfoyle, 57, were together for roughly six years and purchased two homes together during that time, one in Jupiter and another in The Hamptons in New York. However, the two sold their Hamptons home in 2021.

While Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle were engaged for roughly four years, the two never wed. Shortly after the president was re-elected in 2024, Trump Jr. was spotted holding hands with Bettina Anderson, a Palm Beach socialite and influencer.

Trump Jr. married Anderson, 39, earlier this year in a private ceremony.

Meanwhile, Guilfoyle has taken a position in the Trump administration, being named ambassador to Greece. Guilfoyle’s signature on the deed warranty document, posted Monday, also contained a stamp from the U.S. Embassy in Athens – where she is now based.

However, there appears to be no bad blood between Guilfoyle and Trump Jr., as she told the New York Times earlier this year, “I’m happy for Don. I wish him, of course, all the best.”

It’s unclear what Trump Jr. plans to do with the Jupiter property now. In June, the New York Post reported that the eldest Trump son was planning to sell the home, with the asking price starting at $30 million.

A source told the New York Post that there was some back and forth between Guilfoyle and Trump Jr. over the potential sale of the home.

As of now, the home is not on the market.

Should Trump Jr. choose to sell the house, he could be eyeing a move to the Prospect Park neighborhood of West Palm Beach. The Palm Beach Post reported in June that Trump Jr. may be the owner of an empty lot where he could build a new home for his family.
