TACLOBAN CITY – A 48-year-old fisherman from Borongan City, Eastern Samar, was found safe after drifting at sea for several hours when the engine of his small fishing boat malfunctioned, prompting a search and rescue operation led by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG). The Coast Guard Station (CGS) Eastern Samar identified the fisherman as Alberto Bandilla, a resident of Barangay Tabunan, Borongan City.
