MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon —Authorities have recovered several pigs from residents following a looting frenzy triggered by a delivery truck accident in Barangay Patpat here last Monday morning, but at least 100 livestock remain missing as officials issue warnings of criminal liability and African Swine Fever (ASF) risks. As of Tuesday, City Councilor Chad Ayala said that only 68 of the nearly 200 pigs transported by the delivery truck remained at the crash site after passersby and residents rushed to grab the animals.
