NEW YORK, August 5. /TASS/. Iran’s renunciation of nuclear weapons will be formalized, US President Donald Trump said.

"Iran <...> will never have a nuclear weapon. They already can't, but it's going to be formal," he pointed out in an interview with Fox News.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that Washington’s primary goal in talks with Tehran was to reopen the Strait of Hormuz to shipping traffic. According to him, further talks with Iran would be focused on its nuclear program.
