A two-vehicle crash on State Highway 20 in the Auckland suburb of Māngere is causing major delays.

The crash, around 11.05am on the Massey Road on-ramp, left one person with minor injuries.

A police spokesperson said the crash was reported to police shortly after 11am.

Traffic southbound was down to a single lane.

"Police thank motorists for their patience while we work to clear the scene."
