Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked event revealed a ton of new hardware, but what you're probably really curious about is all the new foldable phones that were announced. For this year, Samsung's lineup includes the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Z Fold 8 Ultra, and Z Flip 8. Like every year, the Z Fold 8 series is going to get the most attention, which means folks are going to be looking out for serious deals.
The good news is that T-Mobile is stepping up to the plate in a big way, offering up to $1,900 in credit with an eligible trade-in when you purchase the Galaxy Z Fold 8 or Z Fold 8 Ultra. Of course, you're going to need to sign up for a plan, with the option to choose from Experience Beyond and Go5G Next. T-Mobile's promotions also require a commitment of at least 24 months.
Not for everyone
T-Mobile is being a bit more generous when it comes to the Galaxy Z Flip 8, knocking $1,100 off when trading in a phone or adding a new line of service. The carrier also offers more choices with the types of plans you can sign up for, with the option to choose from Experience More, Experience Beyond, Go5G Plus, or Go5G Next to qualify for this deal.
Again, the promotion for the Z Flip 8 will require a 24-month commitment. T-Mobile is offering promotions on the Galaxy Watch 9 and Watch Ultra 2 by knocking $430 off by signing up for Watch Plan Plus. The 40mm Galaxy Watch 9 can be had for free, while the Watch Ultra 2 will cost $270.
Overall, a ton of promotions to make purchasing the latest phones and wearables from Samsung a lot easier. With that said, promotions like these aren't for everyone. If you're not looking to sign up for a new contract with a wireless carrier, you can always see what kind of discounts retailers are offering.
However, we don't think you'll find a discount this steep, even if you're just willing to trade in a phone to Amazon, Samsung, or Best Buy.
