LILOAN, Cebu — A 33-year-old worker died after being crushed by six granite slabs while unloading cargo from a truck in Purok Tulay, Barangay Sta. Cruz, Liloan, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. The victim, identified only by the alias “Saturnino,” a married resident of Sitio Bangko, Barangay Tigib, Argao town, was declared dead on arrival at the Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital in Mandaue City.
