MANILA, Philippines — PH1 World Developers Inc. has completed the structural framework of the first tower of its Avesta Residences project in Imus, Cavite, marking a key milestone in its maiden development under the government’s expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.

The property arm of Megawide Construction Corp. said on Wednesday that the Tower 1 of the five-building residential development was topped off on Aug. 4, less than 10 months after construction began.

Avesta Residences is PH1’s first project under the expanded 4PH program, the national housing initiative that seeks to address the country’s housing backlog through partnerships between the government and private developers.

The project is located in Barangay Malagasang, Imus City, Cavite.

Megawide chair and CEO Edgar Saavedra said the milestone demonstrates the group’s ability to deliver projects quickly through its engineering capabilities and precast construction technology.

“For both PH1 and Megawide, the topping off after less than 10 months from the start of construction conveys a clear message—we can deliver using our engineering expertise and precast technology,” Saavedra said. “We have a long way to go, but it is always good to start on the right footing.”

The project follows the mega-unit draw for Tower 1 beneficiaries held at the new Imus City Hall in December 2025, reflecting the steady progress of the development from planning to construction as qualified beneficiaries move closer to owning their homes.

Following the launch of Avesta Residences, PH1 has expanded its participation in the government’s housing initiative through additional developments in Dasmariñas and Bacoor in Cavite, as well as Caloocan, to help boost the supply of quality, affordable and accessible homes.
