BAGUIO CITY — Several roads across the Cordillera remained closed or under restricted access on Thursday as Tropical Storm Maymay crossed Northern Luzon after making landfall over Magsingal, Ilocos Sur at 2 a.m. As of 4 a.m., the storm was in the vicinity of San Juan, Ilocos Sur, packing maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour (kph) and gusts of up to 110 kph while moving eastward at 10 kph.
