Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"The enemy carried out four guided aerial bomb strikes on the city's civilian infrastructure. Apartment buildings, non-residential buildings, and infrastructure facilities near the impact sites were damaged. Hundreds of windows were shattered," the statement said.

At least two people were injured and are receiving the necessary medical assistance.

Authorities are continuing to assess the affected areas and deal with the aftermath of the Russian attack.

On the evening of August 5, Russian forces attacked the Odesa district, injuring one person and damaging seven houses and several vehicles.
