Yet Leomie has revealed looking like a Victoria's Secret model is not as hard as it seems.
The model-turned-TV presenter follows a very balanced lifestyle and doesn't believe in any sort of fad diet.
Leomie told the Daily Mail that she never 'denies herself of food' and tries not to put pressure on doing workouts.

Yet Leomie has revealed looking like a Victoria's Secret model is not as hard as it seems as she follows a very balanced lifestyle and doesn't believe in any sort of fad diet
In an exclusive interview, the model said: 'I don't even believe in diets to be honest with you. I think that it is all about just maintaining a balanced diet.
'I never deny myself anything that I want to eat.
'For me to be able to enjoy my career for as long as I have, I have to enjoy every part of it and I don't believe in restricting myself. I wouldn't enjoy that, I think that it's just all about balance.'
Leomie, who was recently diagnosed with endometriosis, has experimented with her diet and fitness to help relieve symptoms.
'Having a lot of ginger and stuff in your diet is key,' she said. 'Juices or ginger shots are really good for inflammation, which in turn can help reduce the pain.'
She added: 'I think that just maintaining a balanced lifestyle, balanced diet is really key and I've recently been using the sauna a lot as well - I think this sauna is great.
'I only actually was officially diagnosed this year despite the fact that I've been going to the doctors ever since I was 15.
'So I think it's really important for women to speak about this more often as well.
'I think it's something that's quite taboo to still to speak about. So I think it's really important that we discuss it and we encourage each other to advocate for ourselves.'

Exercise isn't something Leomie stresses over. When she can, she tries to fit in a Pilates class around her busy schedule (pictured at the 2016 Victoria's Secret show with Lady Gaga)
Leomie also revealed how she maintains her picture-perfect complexion after years of wearing makeup.
'When it comes to skin, I go to a place called CULTSKIN in Esher Clinic and I do micro needling,' she said. 'I think micro needling is great because it helps with pigmentation. It helps with the texture of your skin and helps with breakouts.
'So I would always recommend to anybody to, if you have any sort of problem with skin or scarring, micro needling is definitely one of the things that really helps.'

She said: 'I probably haven't been to the gym for like three weeks or a month because I've just been busy travelling.
'I can't force myself to do something or try and squeeze it into my schedule if it's not possible, but when I can, I like to try new classes.
'I'm such a Pilates girly, but I also like hit workouts. I like cardio, I like all different types of workouts to be honest with you.
'But again, I wouldn't say that it's something that I feel I need to force into my schedule or force myself to do.'
