According to Ukrinform, the signing ceremony was broadcast on the YouTube channel of the Office of the President and rebroadcast by Ukrinform.

The document was signed by Serbian Minister of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry Dragan Glamočić and Ukrainian Ambassador to Serbia Oleksandr Lytvynenko.

The memorandum was signed in the presence of the presidents of both countries, Volodymyr Zelensky and Aleksandar Vučić.
