MALOLOS CITY, Bulacan — Floods trapped a number of families in San Ildefonso town on Sunday, as heavy rains from the southwest monsoon or “habagat” continued to pound Bulacan. Personnel of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) rescued several families in Barangay Malipampang as floodwaters rose in the area.
