COTABATO CITY — Philippine Marines personnel arrested a man on Sunday afternoon after he allegedly threatened to shoot a passenger jeepney driver in Barangay Tamontaka, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao del Norte. Chief Master Sgt.
