Russia attacked Chernihiv with drones—an administrative building was hit, and one person was wounded.
According to Ukrinform, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“The city is under attack by enemy drones. A strike on an administrative building has been confirmed,” Bryzhynskyi said.
A fire broke out at the site of the strike.
Later, Bryzhynskyi clarified on Telegram that one person was injured.
“Preliminary reports indicate that the person suffered blast trauma, post-concussion syndrome, and an acute stress reaction,” Bryzhynskyi noted.
As reported by Ukrinform, 12 cars were destroyed on the outskirts of Chernihiv on the afternoon of July 18 as a result of a Russian drone attack on garages.
