LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Flooding may occur in vulnerable areas of Cebu on Thursday, July 23, due to light to moderate rainfall forecast across the province. On Thursday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a flood warning for rivers and their tributaries in Cebu. These include the ones in Cotcot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban, and Sapangdaku.
