President Volodymyr Zelensky mentioned this in his evening address, according to Ukrinform.

"Work has been ongoing all day in Odesa to restore power. Power has already been restored to most consumers, but there is still work to be done. I thank every single person on the repair crews, at the power companies, and at the State Emergency Service of Ukraine who is involved in this effort. As of this evening, nearly 70,000 families were still without power. All necessary resources have been mobilized,” the President said.
