Eight injured in Hamilton house fire

Eight people have been treated for injuries after a house fire in Hamilton.

Fire and Emergency were called to a house in the suburb of Claudelands just before 4am on Wednesday.

Ambulances treated six of the injured at the scene for minor injuries.

Two people were taken to Waikato Hospital with moderate injuries.
