CEBU CITY, Philippines – The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 7 impounded 21 vehicles for operating illegal public transport services between July 16 and 21, 2026. Enforcers flagged the vehicles during a series of sweeps across North Cebu, Lapu-Lapu City, and the South Road Properties (SRP) as part of an ongoing crackdown on colorum units.
