Wayne Lineker has praised Katie Price after she surprised her son Harvey with VIP bottle service at O Beach in Ibiza.

The former glamour model, 48, jetted off to the island with her son, 24, for some quality mother and son time.

On Tuesday, they headed to Wayne's day club, where Katie had a big surprise waiting for Harvey.

In an exclusive clip shared with the Daily Mail, the pair were seen being greeted by Wayne onto the staged in the middle of the club's garden while the crowd chanted his name.

Katie showed off her assets in a lime green bikini and white kimono, while Harvey donned a red top and green shorts.

Harvey could be seen having the time of his life as he danced with the bottle girls who had his name spelt out on massive orange boards.

Beaming from ear to ear, he partied away with mum Katie, who lovingly danced beside him on the stage.

Wayne praised Katie for taking Harvey to O Beach and said the crowd chanting his name was the 'most special things he has ever witnessed'.

Sharing a photo of Harvey and Katie on Instagram, Wayne wrote: A special message to @katieprice

'We’ve certainly had our moments over the years, you more than anyone knows that. We’ve faced obstacles, made mistakes and sometimes been our own worst enemies. But through it all, there’s one thing I believe we’ve always shared: our two hearts and our genuine love of helping other people.

'Yesterday, I saw with my own eyes just how much you adore your special boy, and how much Harvey adores you in return.

'People don’t always get to see the mum behind the public face. I watched you constantly patting the sweat from your boy’s head, making sure he was comfortable and even making sure our chef cooked his favourite carbonara, despite it not being on the menu. Those little moments say more than any headline ever could.

'And then the crowd chanting his name, “Harvey! Harvey!”(see yesterday’s video) it was honestly one of the most special things I’ve ever witnessed. The love in that room was incredible.

'It’s at times like these that I feel incredibly proud of what I’ve built and achieved, because creating moments like that means more than anything else.

'These are the moments that show you what really matters. Behind everything else, there are real people, real hearts and real love.'

Their outing comes after Katie made a major cosmetic surgery U-turn as she revealed she is no longer making tweakments to her bottom.

The star has become known for her excessive history of cosmetic procedures, including six face lifts, 17 breast augmentations, dental work and a fox eye op.

However she has now revealed she will never have a BBL or any more filler in her bottom due to fears she 'will die'.

Speaking on Andrew Gold Heretics podcast on Thursday, she discussed the risks surrounding cosmetic surgery.

She confessed: 'I so want to get my implants [in her bottom]. I've booked it in then haven't because so many people said, "Kate, don't do implants in your bottom."

'So, I haven't. I have actually listened because for that one people die.'

Explaining she has previously had filler in her bottom, Katie confirmed she wouldn't ever have it again due to the high risk.

She said: 'I've had filler in it, but the filler does not last me the same as my lips. I don't know if it's my high metabolism but it never lasts on me.

'So, I've had the filler in the bum, but I've stopped it now because I've heard of so many people dying doing it that I'm not even doing that now because I'm like, nah.'

As Andrew asked about infection risk, Katie added: 'It can happen to anyone for your body could just reject it.

'And I think everyone when it's easy now on Instagram, you can see before and after ops and a lot of people airbrush the bit after to make it look good.

'But people don't realise you've got that bit in between that isn't nice and you just got to trust the process.

'But every time you're under the knife, anything can go wrong. Like it doesn't mean to say if you do your face it's going to heal well. There's always a risk with everything.'
