On Wednesday, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced Helldivers 2 would be joining the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. A few hours later, it revealed the full lineup of games joining in August, and it's quite a stacked group. Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, Hell is Us, Vampire Survivors, and more will be added to the catalog starting on Aug. 12 for PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra subscribers.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is a medieval RPG that released in February 2025 and became an early contender for 2025's Game of the Year. (Of course, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 came along two months later and ended up sweeping every award ever.) In KCD2, you play the first game's protagonist, Henry, in 15th century Europe, which is beset by civil war. Henry becomes entangled in a "tumultuous tale of vengeance, betrayal, and self-discovery," according to the game's official description. Though it's a direct sequel, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 was made in an approachable way for both people who have and haven't played the first game from 2018, or approximately a lifetime ago.

New Game Catalog games have staggered dates for when they're added. Helldivers 2 is now available for U.S. subscribers, while everything else will get rolled out starting Aug. 18. Here's everything else new to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in August 2026 and when US players can check them out:
