A judge has discontinued bankruptcy proceedings against former All Black and Crusader Andrew Mehrtens after a months-long court case.
Earlier this year, an application by law firm Saunders Robinson Brown to have Mehrtens adjudicated bankrupt was called in the High Court at Christchurch.
