MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Third Division on Friday announced the schedule of hearings before they resolve the matter on Sen. Rodante Marcoleta’s preventive suspension and his bail for plunder. Associate Justice Karl Miranda, Third Division chairperson, made this known during the pretrial proceedings of Marcoleta and his three co-accused on the non-bailable case.
