Motorola on Friday (August 14, 2026) launched Moto G Max smartphone for the mid-segment buyers in India. The new Moto G Max is IP64 rated for dust and water resistance.

Moto G Max has a 6.72-inch FHD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 1,050 nits high brightness mode. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

Moto G Max uses a 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, supported by a 33W charger inside the box. It comes with Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm jack.

Moto G Max runs on the Snapdragon 6s Gen processor 6 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128 GB UFS 3.1 storage. It operates on Android 16 out of the box and will get 2 guaranteed Android OS upgrades and 3 years of security updates.

Moto G Max sports a 50 MP Sony Lytia 600 camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 32 MP selfie camera.

Moto G Max comes in Pantone Stargazer, Alaskan Blue, and Malaga colours at ₹27,999.
