SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Nine crew members of a tugboat were rescued after their vessel ran aground off Botolan town in this province on Friday. According to the Botolan Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO), the tugboat, identified as SL SUAL 1, was suddenly punctured, opening a hole in the vessel and prompting the crew to intentionally run it aground in shallow waters along the Barangay Bangan coastline.
