Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"At around 09:20 in Dariivka, five adults and a child were injured in a Russian drone attack," the statement said.

Those affected included a 16-year-old boy, a 57-year-old man, and four women aged 85, 76, 51 and 63. They sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to the head, torso and limbs.

All the injured were taken to hospital. Doctors are currently examining them and providing medical assistance.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that the people were inside a vehicle at the time of the attack.

"Under the procedural guidance of the Oleshky District Prosecutor's Office, a pretrial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime," the statement said.

According to the Kherson City Military Administration, the number of people injured in Kherson the previous day has also increased. On August 13, a Russian drone attacked a minibus in the Korabelnyi district, injuring a 56-year-old man. He sustained a mine-blast injury and sought medical assistance on his own. A 55-year-old woman also sought medical attention after being targeted by an enemy drone in the Central district on August 11 at around 17:30. She suffered a concussion and blast injury.

As Ukrinform reported, 14 civilians were injured in the Kherson region over the previous day as a result of Russian attacks.
