Ads are coming to Apple Maps soon in the US and Canada, and today businesses can start booking their own ads. Here are the details, including a limited-time promotional offer for businesses.

Businesses can book Apple Maps ads starting today

If you own a business and want to advertise through Apple Maps, booking has officially launched today.

While users won’t see ads go live just yet, Apple is preparing for their full launch by letting businesses start booking ads now.

Full information on ad booking is available here on Apple’s website. It includes details on how you can get started.

There’s also a special limited-time promo Apple is running, detailed below:

Grand Opening Promo: for a limited time you can get 15% back as a monthly statement credit for up to a year. Credits are applied the following month, up to 1,000 USD per month.

This promo will be available for eligible businesses that book Maps ads via a credit card payment by October 11, 2026.

As detailed earlier this year, ads will appear in two places in Apple Maps:

  • Before users search: Suggested Places on the search screen will show business ads.
  • After users search: Ads will appear in search results when relevant to the search.

If you’re considering advertising through Apple Maps, the company also has a webpage outlining its approach to ads that’s available here.
